After a few days feeling the chill in the air and waiting for the snow to fall, the first snow arrived during the night in the first week of the holidays.
The kids first request was to run to the park and build snowmen which also involved several snowball fights and wet clothes! After warming up in front of the fire with hot chocolate we took a drive up to Alpe d’Huez - The views over towards Bourg d’Oisans were fantastic.
